Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation (RBRC): The RBRC can help you recycle portable rechargeable batteries which are commonly found in cordless power tools, cellular and cordless phones, laptop computers, camcorders etc. RBRC recycles the following types of rechargeable batteries:

  • Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd)
  • Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH)
  • Lithium Ion (Li-ion)
  • Small Sealed Lead (Pb)

Drop off your rechargeable batteries at the following retailers: Best Buy, Cellular One, Cingular, Circuit City, Orchard Supply Hardware, Radio Shack, Sears, Target and Wal-Mart.
